Description

Auricchio Fontal, made with pasteurized milk, is semi-soft and elastic cheese. The texture is compact with very few tiny holes and the flavour is nutty and sweet. Fontal cheese is the most versatile table cheese and best to use for cooking.Serve on cheese platters, as a sandwich filler or great as a pizza topping. Its use in the kitchen is particularly suitable for baked dishes, where it melts easily when mixed with other ingredients.
