Coppola 番茄罐頭只採用坎帕尼亞地區生長、且完全成熟後才摘採的新鮮番茄為原料，再經過專業的甜度檢驗、清洗、蒸氣加熱、滾輪去皮等程序，再行充填裝罐，因此能確實封存番茄的養分及香味，確保番茄罐頭的最佳品。

義大利的番茄罐頭分為四大類，分別為剝皮番茄（Pelati）、去皮切丁番茄（Polpa）、番茄泥（Passata）、濃縮番茄糊（Concentrato），每一款都有對應的義大利傳統菜餚

蕃茄糊特色
使用100%南義大利自然熟成番茄，在低溫下煮熟並濃縮成糊狀，使風味濃郁、新鮮，包裝為牙膏狀設計，一條相當於8顆熟成番茄。牙膏狀設計方便使用，加強番茄料理風味，適合用於燉煮，只需使用幾湯匙即有番茄風味

使用方式
可與蕃茄罐頭或新鮮蕃茄做搭配，製作蕃茄肉醬義大利麵、蕃茄紅醬必備食材、紅酒燉牛肉必備食材、亦可當披薩基底醬
