烹調方式

(1) 平底鍋內倒入沙拉油加熱,放入豬里肌肉煎。
(2) 將薑燒肉醬跟生薑泥攪拌均勻後,淋上豬里肌肉稍微翻煎一下,待醬汁裹上肉後,完成。
※先用薑燒肉醬跟生薑泥調好的醬汁醃過豬里肌肉後再料理,會更加美味!。（約10分鐘）
