蜜蠟烏魚子

特色：

以蜜蠟包覆，低鹽醃製，降低鈉含量，有別於台灣烏魚子需要烹調，無需煎煮，剝除表層蜜蠟，切片即可與美酒搭配享用，聞起來淡淡海洋味，吃起來不那麼的鹹，入口有些微甜，帶些奶油的感覺，口感濕潤綿密，鮮味十足，過年餐桌上都要擺上一盤烏魚子，除了台灣傳統烏魚子，也試試有別於台灣風味的烏魚子吧

食用方式：

將烏魚子放常溫，回溫1小時即可食用，未食用完部分，用保鮮膜包覆好放在冰箱冷藏保存，不需將外層的蜜蠟去除，並於一個月內吃完。


吃法多變：

1.淋上葡萄酒醋

2.切成薄片搭在麵包上，搭配起司奶油及番茄，別具風味

3.希臘人日常吃法會搭配草莓、小黃瓜、葡萄等水果再搭配上回甘的酒

4.酒香鮮美搭法：香檳、威士忌、白酒
