料理方法：

1. 將網狀火腿充分解凍

2. 塗抹上柳橙蜜汁糖蜜

3. 將柳橙切薄片

4. 使用丁香將柳橙片釘在火腿上，若喜歡香甜一點，可以在柳橙片上再刷上一層糖蜜增加風味

5. 使用爐溫180度烤約20分鐘即可上桌
