什麼是麵味露？
「めんつゆ」日文為日式高湯醬油的意思，蕎麥麵的沾醬或烏龍麵的湯汁。醬油混合鰹魚、昆布或香菇，比一般醬油還鮮甜，稀釋後口感清爽、不濃稠、不油膩、不死鹹，可用於烏龍麵、拉麵沾醬、涼麵、丼物 、天婦羅薄蘸醬、燉煮、火鍋、茶碗蒸、山藥泥、淋在涼拌蔬菜上、烤肉、水餃或火鍋沾醬等，與水稀釋後使用（比例1:3）
