Vergani的歷史來源自我們的家族歷史：四個世代保留傳承下來的價值及傳統成就了Vergani經典品牌地位。

1944年由Angelo Vergani於米蘭創立，由於純天然的原料及對品質的追求;短短數年間，Vergani的名聲逐漸打入米蘭以外的消費者心中。70年後的現在，在歐洲多國、美國、加拿大、巴西等都可以找到Vergani聖誕蛋糕的身影。

唯一在米蘭製作的節慶蛋糕
米蘭聞名全球的數樣事物中，一定不能缺席的就是節慶蛋糕了! 從米蘭開始發跡，到如今已是義大利從北至南家家戶戶聖誕佳節餐桌必備的佳餚，但最正統的就是在發源地米蘭生產的節慶蛋糕。

我們是唯一且最後一家在米蘭以工業化規格生產聖誕蛋糕的廠商。現有廠址只離1944年闖史的烘焙坊距離數百公尺遠。持續傳承四個世代以來，曾曾祖父Angelo Vergani創始留下的好味道。

美味節慶蛋糕的秘訣
天然酵母就是節慶蛋糕美味的秘訣。直到今日，我們都依然使用自1944 年傳承下來的老麵來製作。遵循米蘭傳統，以棉布包裹並每日培養三次。超過70 年、每年365 天不間斷，同一個酸麵種被使用來製作我們Vergani 節慶蛋糕。
