Description

塞蘭諾火腿（Serrano ham）由白豬的豬肉所製成，相較於昂貴稀少的伊比利亞火腿，塞蘭諾火腿是西班牙最常見易入手的火腿，佔全國每年平均火腿產量約九成。

西班牙很多地區都有生產這種火腿，但最著名的是阿拉貢自治區（Aragón）的特魯埃爾省（Teruel）及安達盧西亞自治區（Andalucía）的格拉納達省（Granada）和特拉維萊斯鎮（Trevélez）。須符合西班牙塞蘭諾火腿聯盟(Jamón del Consorcio Serrano)的嚴格規定，方能取得優質標記，塞拉諾火腿產於不受污染的山地，帶著水氣、寒冷的氣候，孕育了品質優良的肉品。
