Description

肉桂棒為進口高級肉桂，有清涼刺激性甜味，適合使用在烘焙麵包、魚、肉類調理，但在西餐中多用於甜點為多，亦可用於咖啡、茶等冷熱飲，加於巧克力尤佳

使用方法

1.可在熱咖啡、熱可可、水果茶、花草茶中加入一支肉桂棒，能使飲品甘甜充滿肉桂香氣，例如蘋果肉桂紅茶

2.煮果醬加入肉桂棒，提升果醬風味，果醬的酸味也會降低

3.烹調法式米布丁時，再米跟牛奶燉煮時同時加入肉桂棒一起，讓米粒吸收肉桂棒香氣，最後可再磨些許肉桂粉增加視覺效果及提升風味

4.可用在甜甜圈、法國吐司、肉桂卷、吉拿棒、麵包、餅乾中，現磨現用香味更凸顯

5.熱紅酒。在紅酒中加入肉桂棒、丁香、八角、柳橙、糖起熬煮即為迷人的風味

6. 適合在滷肉、燉肉、滷肉飯中加入肉桂棒增加風味

7. 適合在義大利波隆那肉醬中加入肉桂棒熬煮增加層次與風味
