料理方法:
1. 將鴨胸表皮先劃幾刀,表皮朝下入平底鍋乾煎(不需要油),油脂會隨著加熱溶出,使用本身鴨油將整塊鴨肉煎至金黃酥脆,放入200度的烤箱烤3分鐘3分熟、5分鐘5分熟、7分鐘7分熟,烤好後靜置約3分鐘即可切片享用
2. 煎完鴨胸剩下的鴨油不要浪費,可煎馬鈴薯、拌炒蔬菜都好吃
