使用義大利的日曬番茄乾油漬，可以品嘗到番茄精華，為西餐必備食材， 適合搭配麵包、做開胃菜、披薩、輕食、義 大利麵、燉飯、沙拉配料 

使用方式
1. 將製作佛卡夏的麵團第一次發酵而成後將麵團平鋪於烤旁盤上淋上些許油漬番茄中的油並將油漬番茄塞入麵團中加些許迷迭香葉、黑橄欖、鹽，在二次發酵後放入烤箱烤製完成。
2. 烹煮義大利麵、燉飯時再起鍋前加入油漬番茄拌炒或與加入pizza烘烤可使料理變得更有層次 
3. 將法國麵包切片上面加上油漬番茄、羅勒烘烤，或是沙拉製作時搭配油漬番茄，都為輕食料理增添豐富口感
