什麼是奶油乳酪cream chees?
未經熟成的起司，從新鮮起司變身成奶油乳酪Cream Cheese需添加至少33%的脂肪，其味道清淡微酸有著油脂滑潤的口感，可搭配各式甜或鹹的料理

使用方法
1. 製作輕乳酪、重乳酪蛋糕
2. 與煙燻鮭魚等一起調和可製作成鹹味抹醬搭配麵包、貝果
3. 與核桃蜂蜜等一起調和可製作成甜味莫醬搭配麵包、貝果
4. 可加入千層麵、燉飯中增加起司濃郁風味
5. 與奶油一起調和可製作成奶油霜裝飾蛋糕或是糕點填餡
