使用方法:

1.可取代鹽,加入高湯中作為火鍋湯底的隱藏調味

2.以鹽麴醃漬豬肉、雞肉、魚類,當中的酵素可分解蛋白質,使肉質軟嫩,幫助提出食材的香醇美味以及層次

2.醃漬蔬菜時加入鹽麴可帶出蔬菜的天然甘甜
