被譽為西班牙最好的醃肉之一，「Lomo」採用豬隻平常很少運動到的小里肌肉所製成，以小里肌肉加上鹽、煙燻紅椒粉、大蒜等調味後，塞入腸衣靜置風乾熟成至少3個月以上，肉瘦卻香氣濃郁，口感扎實柔軟，滋味鹹香甘甜中帶著微微煙燻氣息，肥瘦適中風味柔順
