料理擺盤、糕點裝飾，亦可與沙拉做搭配、 搭配飲料、調酒呈現 冰花質地脆嫩，略帶鹹味，可供鮮食及炒食，但鮮食之方式最能品嚐出其原有之鹹味 

營養成分：含有鉀、鈣、鎂、維生素A、β-胡蘿蔔素、肌醇、松醇等，其中肌醇可以促進脂肪的燃燒；而松醇這種成分，則是可幫助降低血糖
營養價值：冰花含有其他蔬菜攝取不到的營養元素：肌醇(myoinositol)由於肌醇﹝myoinositol﹞在其他蔬菜中的含量極微稀少，所以在冰花內的此成分極為重要。

使用方式
1.開封後可直接生食，享受植物最天然的風味。
2.類似春捲般將兩層葉菜包覆於川燙後的豬肉或雞肉，直接食用
3. 拌於沙拉中，增加爽脆口感
