ThePorchetta Ducale is a product of ancient Emilia tradition obtained by the porkunderbelly deboned and loin. It is flavoured with rosemary and differentaromas, and internally with garlic, sage, laurel, rosemary, fennel. It is steamcooked at medium-temperature, and braised. Intense aroma and strong flavour ofPorchetta Ducale make of it an exceptional product that could be eaten bothcold and hot in any occasion.

Porchettahas been selected by the Italian Ministry of Agricultural, Food andForestry Policy as a prodotto agroalimentaretradizionale (“traditional agricultural-food product”, one of a list oftraditional Italian foods held to have cultural relevance).
