屬於三重脂肪含量的軟質白黴乳酪，製做過程牛奶混以鮮奶油，乳酪，當乳酪熟成3個星期之後，乳酪水平橫切對半，再鋪上混合黑松露(2~2.7%)、瑪斯卡邦內乳酪以及鮮奶油所製成的松露泥。隨著乳酪的成熟，外層白黴開始變得更白，在這個階段，內部是最柔軟且松露味道鮮明
