Description

芥末子其味道辛辣，刺激性強烈，為芥末粉主要原料，整粒加水10分鐘後，會有強烈刺鼻的辣味出來，適用於醃漬品上，有時與蔬菜一起煮，適合搭配魚類、醃漬漬食品

使用方法：
1.自製黃芥末醬。將芥末子泡在水、白酒醋、蜂蜜、檸檬汁混合的液體中，放入冰箱靜置到芥末子吸收完液體後，用均值機打均勻即可
2.在料理如果使用到法式芥末醬時，能加入些許芥末子增加整體風味，讓芥末味道更突出
3.直接加入料理中烹煮亦可
4.醃漬蘿蔔。將蘿蔔切丁，均勻撒上鹽脫水備用。將水、醋、丁香、芥末子、月桂葉、糖一起煮滾待涼後，將脫水後得蘿蔔丁泡入，放入冰箱1-2天即可食用
