什麼是麵味露？
「めんつゆ」日文為日式高湯醬油的意思，蕎麥麵的沾醬或烏龍麵的湯汁。醬油混合鰹魚、昆布或香菇，比一般醬油還鮮甜，稀釋後口感清爽、不濃稠、不油膩、不死鹹，可用於烏龍麵、拉麵沾醬、涼麵、丼物 、天婦羅薄蘸醬、燉煮、火鍋、茶碗蒸、山藥泥、淋在涼拌蔬菜上、烤肉、水餃或火鍋沾醬等，與水稀釋後使用（比例1:3）

成分：水、醬油(脫脂加工大豆(大豆)、小麥、食鹽、酒精、水)、葡萄糖果糖漿、葡萄萄糖、鰹魚汁萃取物、食鹽、糖類發酵調味料(水飴、葡萄糖果糖漿、酒精、米、食鹽、米麴(米、麴菌)、水)、食醋、調味劑(L-麩酸鈉·5”-次黄嘌呤核苷磷酸二鈉,5”-鳥唬核苦磷酸二鈉)。
