Beppino Occelli對於原材料牛奶的品質極為重視，使用在阿爾卑斯山脈中，無壓力生長的母牛的新鮮牛奶，打造出優質奶類製品。所製造的Occelli® al Barolo 在World Cheese Awards 2015 – 2016獲得 Gold Medal 奬項，並在1999年Slow Food Festival(慢食運動) 被譽為最佳〝Drunk Cheese〞。
