什麼是藍腳菇?
產自法國的冬春時令野生菌菇,因菇柄呈紫藍色而得名,風味口感清脆甘甜,菇肉結實吃起來脆脆的,有點像肉類,帶有特殊的芋香風味與清甜味,特別適合搭配奶油、鹽之花白胡椒簡單乾煎就非常美味,或是粿粉酥炸最可品嚐出其脆甜口感,亦可與義大利麵、燉飯做搭配,或是佐以牛排、鴨胸各式肉類、海鮮排餐都是非常出色的配菜
