什麼是白蘭地芥末籽醬？

Pommery芥末子醬混合了白、黃、黑芥末籽，風味比起一般的黃芥末醬更為溫和，細細的芥子碎粒增添了口感與香氣，帶有些許花生醬的風味，因為使用了6%的干邑白蘭地(Cognac)醃製芥末籽，因此帶有酒香與更深層的風味層次，風味不同於一般法式第戎芥末醬，用來烹煮調味或是沾抹肉類都非常好吃
