什麼是白蘭地芥末籽醬？

Pommery芥末子醬混合了白、黃、黑芥末籽，風味比起一般的黃芥末醬更為溫和，細細的芥子碎粒增添了口感與香氣，帶有些許花生醬的風味，因為使用了6%的干邑白蘭地(Cognac)醃製芥末籽，因此帶有酒香與更深層的風味層次，風味不同於一般法式第戎芥末醬，用來烹煮調味或是沾抹肉類都非常好吃

法國皇室御用，柏瑪芮POMMERY自1632年起，就是法皇餐桌上的指定調味料，數百年來Meaux家族堅持傳統，以獨門的秘方釀製聞名遐邇的『柏瑪芮』芥末籽醬，370多年來其特選芥茉籽，並遵循古法研磨精製生產，由於沒有添加防腐劑及人工添加物，因此包裝於陶罐中，以軟木塞加蓋並蠟封，完全保存產品的風味及特色，風味精緻濃郁，適合搭配料理、製作沙拉醬汁、醃製燒烤肉類、製作醬汁搭配三明治等
