使用台灣蓬萊米製作,成份單純,無麩質飲食首選,口感扎實有彈性,此為預拌粉,可製作米鬆餅、米吉拿棒、米甜甜圈....等。
米鬆餅食譜(份量約6~12片)
材料:米鬆餅粉200g、雞蛋2顆、水40g、奶油(液態)20g
平底鍋煎米鬆餅做法:
1.預熱平底鍋,取用少許奶油塗抹鍋底,防止沾黏
2.將所有材料攪拌均勻
3.取適量餅漿倒入平底鍋中煎至表面冒泡後翻面,再煎製約30秒,即可起鍋
鬆餅機作法:
1. 將所有材料攪拌均勻
2. 模具塗抹少許奶油,防止沾黏
3. 倒入模具,轉中火烤約10分鐘
