格陵蘭扁鱈(大比目魚輪切)來自格陵蘭寒帶海洋，捕撈後急速冷凍，鎖住鮮度，肉質爽滑細膩，油脂豐富，只需簡單料理，就能吃到扁鱈本身的鮮甜


退冰方式

冷藏解凍：不須拆開包裝，將產品放置於冰箱冷藏室中低溫解凍。

流水解凍：不須拆開包裝，放置於流水中解凍。


食用建議:

1.完全解凍後將魚身用廚房紙巾擦乾，輕抹少許鹽靜置10分鐘，入放進烤箱或氣炸鍋，至兩面呈金黃色即可

2.完全解凍後將魚身用廚房紙巾擦乾，輕抹少許鹽靜置10分鐘，入平底鍋油煎至兩面呈金黃色有酥脆感覺即可

3.完全解凍後將魚身用廚房紙巾擦乾，加入醬油、米酒、蔥段、薑絲、蒜末，入蒸鍋蒸熟即可
