血統純正、用心飼養:
澳洲所飼養的和牛分別為混種,純種和純血,純血和牛為最好等級,純血和牛天生的基因經過篩選因此優於其他品種,加上特別細心照顧飼養,所以品質上有別於一般混種和牛或純種和牛。

什麼是Flank法蘭克部位?
位於後腰脊的下方,是從牛的腹部尾端分割出來一塊扁扁的肉,形狀有如扇子,也稱之為腹脅肉、側腹牛排,此部位一頭牛只有兩塊,肉薄而扁長,油花密布但不油膩,屬於較瘦的部位,肉味濃郁,看似纖維多,只要逆紋切,口感軟嫩不柴澀,可以做成各樣熟度,建議5分熟最美味,料理方式多元,可製作牛排、燒肉、或是醃製過後做慢烤


使用方法

1. 適合用香草、醬料醃製後慢烤,為製作墨西哥料理愛用部位

2.建議逆紋切煎烤牛排,五分熟最美味

3.做倫敦烤肉London broil必備
