什麼是Panettone聖誕麵包?
源於米蘭，原料包含蛋黃、鹽、天然酵母、麵粉、糖、奶油，製作的要訣在於酵母菌與乳酸菌複合酵母及高筋麵粉的使用，從和麵、發酵到烘焙完成，一個傳統的Panettone至少費時24小時，也正因為材料及工序上的講究要求，賞味期限可長達3個月至半年之久，聖誕麵包吃起來的特色是，口感介於麵包和蛋糕之間的濕潤綿密，適合搭配鮮奶油或冰淇淋一起享用。

食用方式:
